About EORAAPI – Serving Public Safety Through Ordnance Awareness

The Explosive Ordnance Reconnaissance Agent Association of the Philippines Inc. (EORAAPI) is a dedicated non-profit organization empowering uniformed personnel, first responders, and communities through explosive ordnance awareness, security management, and counter-terrorism training. Grounded in excellence, patriotism, and inclusivity, EORAAPI serves as a vital force multiplier—promoting public safety, camaraderie, and national security through education, outreach, and civil-military collaboration.

To be a government-supported institution delivering comprehensive and quality education, including trainings and seminars on explosive ordnance awareness, public safety, and counter-terrorism. We aim to empower security forces and civilians, strengthen camaraderie among military and law enforcement agencies, and promote civil-military operations (CMO) for the nation’s welfare.
